Welding rod from Polyethylen (linear, low density), PE-LLD or LLDPE

Polyethylene belongs to the group of polyolefins. It is the most commonly used plastic in the world.
PE-LLD is characterized by high chemical resistance, good electrical insulation properties and good sliding behavior. Polyethylene is of low strength, hardness and stiffness. It has high ductility and impact strength.
Linear low density polyethylene whose polymer molecules have only short branches. These branches are produced by copolymerizing ethene and higher ?-olefins (typically butene, hexene or octene) ("LLD" stands for "linear low density").

To join PE parts, they are welded together, since they cannot be glued or printed without pretreatment. All common welding devices such as hot air blowers or blowers, an Injectiweld or welding extruder are suitable for this purpose.
